Each lodge is sold on a 125-year lease. The annual ground rent is index linked and owners have the ability to purchase a bearer card which allows all occupants of the lodge access to the indoor heated swimming pool, the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and Gym.

The service charge covers grounds maintenance, lighting and waste management.
