The majority of the homes are privately owned and of very high quality. The caravans are arranged spaciously with good garden areas.
1 Sandpiper is in a premium location with wonderful views. The caravan is immaculate and has only been occupied for four weeks in 2022. It has a two sided spacious verandah with tempered glass balustrades and an outside seating/BBQ area.
